So I chose the interior beauty theme for this blog to show that despite so much evil there are still good people in this world, but there is a more scientific side to this.

2 - Allow yourself some abuse  

Maintaining an exercise routine and a balanced diet are some of the requirements for anyone who wants to lead a healthy life. Even following all the care to not be disappointed when climbing the scale, nothing like a day off, not counting calories. Committing follies and savoring some delights without fear does no harm to anyone. Call the friends for dinner, choose a pizza of the flavor you like, if you throw in the ice cream. But all without exaggeration, of course. " 

 Of course! there are those people who are obsessed with a diet, who want everything 100% organic and healthy, and okay to want it, okay to want to look good skinny.
